White Screen on Video Display: Click on the “Get Quicktime” logo below. This will install the necessary video software.

Video and Audio Sync Problems: This is related to hardware incompatibility. The computer drive or processor may be too slow to play the video at real time speed.

Video Play Button: The play button is located on the bottom left side of the video player. When video is playing, click the same button again if you wish to pause video.

Volume Control: The volume slider is located on the bottom left side of the video player. Check your computers volume as well.

Video Resolution: 800x600 resolution is the minimum resolution required. Consult your computer manufacturer documentation on how to set your monitor display settings.Printing Tips

Printable patterns or articles do not display: Click on the “Get Acrobat Reader” logo below. This will install the necessary PDF reader software.
